Caring for your smile after treatment
Recovery is gradual and predictable. Here’s what to expect, stage by stage, in the days after your visit.

Wear your aligners 20–22 hours a day for results on schedule.
- At meals
Remove them to eat and to drink anything other than water.
- Each new tray
Mild pressure is normal for a day or two as your teeth adjust.
- Ongoing
Rinse and clean your aligners before refitting, and keep your check-ins.
